What we powder coat

Wheels to patio furniture to production parts — if it's metal, we can probably coat it. Here's what we handle, the finishes we offer, and exactly how a job moves through our shop.

Four categories, one standard

Wheels & automotive

Our bread and butter. Wheels, brackets, valve covers, bumpers, and suspension components — stripped, coated, and rolling out better than new.

  • Alloy and steel wheels, any size
  • Valve covers and engine dress-up parts
  • Brackets, control arms, and coil springs
  • Bumpers, grilles, and body trim
  • Bike frames and handlebars

Patio, railings & home

A finish that shrugs off the Arizona sun. We restore tired patio sets and coat new railings and gates in any color you like.

  • Patio furniture and swivel chairs
  • Wrought iron railings and fences
  • Gates, security doors, and window guards
  • Light poles, mailboxes, and house numbers
  • Grills, fire pits, and smokers (high-temp)

Fabrication & industrial

Our fabrication work stays limited to minor repairs on projects we're powder coating — small weld-ups, straightening, and hardware so the part is right before it goes in the booth.

  • Small weld repairs on parts being coated
  • Straightening bent brackets, tabs, and mounts
  • Crack and tear repair before coating
  • Missing or broken hardware replaced
  • Repairs are part of a coating job — not standalone fab work

Custom & one-off projects

If it's metal and it fits in the oven, bring it in. One-off projects are where we get to show off.

  • Motorcycle and bicycle frames
  • Golf carts and ATV parts
  • Turbo housings and heat-sensitive parts (high-temp)
  • Restoration pieces and antiques
  • Just about anything metal

Finishes & colors

We stock a wide range of powders and can special-order just about any color you can name. Bring a part, a paint chip, or a photo — we'll match it.

Gloss

High shine, easy to wipe clean — the classic look for wheels and show parts.

Satin

Low sheen, hides small imperfections. Great for frames, brackets, and suspension parts.

Matte

No shine at all — a flat, modern look popular on off-road and tactical builds.

Textured

A gritty, slip-resistant surface that shrugs off scratches. A favorite for patio furniture and railings.

Metallic

Fine metallic flakes that catch the light — bronzes, silvers, and golds with real depth.

Candy & translucent

Deep, translucent candy colors over a metallic base. Show-car territory.

High-temp

Silicone-based powders built for grills, engine parts, and exhaust components.

Industrial & functional

Heavier coats engineered for machinery, tooling, and anything that takes a beating.

Not sure which finish fits your part? Bring it by — we'll hold the samples up to it and talk you through it.

How it works

Get a quote

Call, text, or send a photo. We'll quote most jobs same day and tell you the turnaround up front.

Strip & blast

Old paint, rust, and mill scale come off in the blast cabinet. Clean metal is the whole secret to a finish that lasts.

Prep & mask

Threads, bearings, and mating surfaces get masked. We plug and tape anything powder shouldn't touch.

Apply the powder

Electrostatic spray application in the booth, checked for even coverage on every surface.

Cure & inspect

Parts bake at temperature, cool down, and get inspected before they're packed and ready for pickup.
